Autumn kicks off a season of gratitude and celebration. It's a time for friends, family, giving, receiving, acknowledging what is good in our lives and how we are blessed, even during challenging times. We are especially grateful for our Evergreen family – Host Home Providers, Family Caregivers, Staff, Board of Directors, and the special Individuals which are the heart of our mission.
Summer is about a break from school and work, vacations, outdoor activities and fun, but mostly about family, friends, and meaningful times together. This month's newsletter focuses on connections and how they help us thrive – a commitment that is at the heart of Evergreen Service Providers' mission.
As we transition into 2025, a look back at 2024 brings a smile to my face and warms my heart. We faced some challenges, of course, yet it was a year of growth for our Evergreen family. Check out a couple of our activities, including a Rockies game!
